Beautiful property, fantastic facilities, excellent local walks
The noise from the fire door is utterly unacceptable!!! Limited food options nearby and no porridge available for breakfast made meals disappointing. Explore better local information resources next time!!!

Lovely room with a garden vibe
Had a pleasant stay in a spacious room. The decor is really nice and the bathroom feels top-notch. Enjoyed sitting in the gardens on a sunny day. Dinner options were good but our wine wasn’t chilled at first. our room was kinda noisy at times with staff bustling around, which was a bit annoying.

We enjoyed a fantastic stay with the kids, especially the spacious rooms and the lovely grounds for playing. Nearby Cawder Golf Club was a hit for my husband, who loved the quiet atmosphere. The hotel’s modern decor really impressed us, making it feel homey.

I recently enjoyed a fantastic stay at this hidden gem. The stately decor offers a charming old-world vibe, and I loved the beautiful back garden where I could unwind. The large, modern room was quite a treat, and I took full advantage of the cozy stable bar with a wood fire—a perfect chill spot at night. Plus, the delicious lamb dish I had in the restaurant was nice!

I recently stayed at Kincaid House for two nights and enjoyed my time. The room was spacious, clean, and had a charming decor with a cozy turret. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom impressed me with its large standalone bath. The food in the hotel restaurant was fantastic, especially the lamb dish I had—it was truly memorable. I faced a few issues. The plug for the bathtub was broken, and despite mentioning it to the staff twice, it remained unfixed. the room took a while to warm up, and with only one radiator, it stayed a bit chilly at night. The stable bar provided a nice atmosphere with a cozy fire, perfect for winding down. I liked the friendly attitude of the staff. they were very attentive and helpful throughout my stay. While the service was great, the dinner options felt somewhat limited. I would have appreciated a bit more variety in the menu.
